A charter is a document that grants certain authority or rights to the recipient in our Union the Republicans and Democratic's appointee attorneys have been changing these laws since 1776 for the benefits for the people . The recipient is then formally recognized as having the ability to exercise rights in Towns or Cities. The environmental and health reasons Charters revision to keep balance of certain rights is important . Jefferson Democracy relies on charter documents which are philosophically based on our forefathers bill of rights for Justice, which is the ideal, morally correct state of things and persons. Democracy

THE PATRIOT ACT The legislative and executive power in any democracy of the world has right to direct how force of democracy should be employed for preserving the community and members of the branches. The matter of The Patriot Act is that it exempts themselves from obedience to the laws they make in both its making and executing to their own private advantage. Thus to me this is the end of Democracy. Therefore a question arises that in a well ordered democracy where the good of the whole society is so considered as it ought,The legislative power is put into the hands of diverse minorities who suffer from the law . In any democratic society laws are ought to be designed for the good of all citizens. Such as raising the taxes of property or eminent domain laws with the consent of the Citizens. The fundamental law of nature that represents Freedom or free will is based on Democratic values. God or nature never allows a man to abandon himself . Human beings are not allowed to take their own life neither this power given to State legislative or executive powers. Then why is The Patriot Act in a democratic society . Thus , innocent people have no other remedy in this law as in many other laws of this new American democracy. The fundamental law of nature has thought man that where they have no Judge on earth or justice in democratic society then appeal to heaven for the rulers in such matter for injustice. By reading and understanding the new rules of American Republicans and Democrats legislative and executive power this is absolute monarchies here as well as other governments who copycat our laws. Sometime I wondered, God having made Man with such an intelligent mind that in his own judgment it was not good for him to suffer and live in society, with different languages, cultures , family , justice and freedom of free well. The Pine Lake (Malone Pond)

The Pine Lake (Malone Pond) Before the 911 tragedy occurred, I was laid off from AT&T. And as many are aware of, the incident was blamed on Pakistanis, and I was born in Pakistan. My family and i bought our first condo at Pine Lake Association of Forestville Connecticut from Mike Honeymann of Southington CT, but the association was run by Mr. Patrick Keniry who was president. I worked hard to save more money to buy two more units. i hoped to continue running the business like previous owners had and thought that we would eventually buy a private home and the three units will be given to my three sisters whom I was trying to sponsor . One day while I was going to the mosque for prayer i got a call came from Hudson United Bank of Bristol that stated that i was to come down and sign the Patriot Act. That night I came home heard the message about the Patriot Act. That night our American dream turned into a nightmare. Within two weeks into signing the Patriot Act someone graffiti 187 K Town Dr on my building. Mr. Keniry called me at work and told me about it. The Hartford Walgreen that I worked at had a security officer who translated the language of the written message and said it meant homicide. The 2nd nightmare started when I could not sleep at night. i stayed up doing security of Pine Lake Manor and worrying about the safety of all residents. Since I was a permanent resident of Connecticut I never thought about becoming an US Citizen. But then a friend of mine at work said "you better apply for Citizenship because you are from Pakistan and Pakistanis are considered terrorists". Next day I applied for American Citizenship, normally it takes 6 months to a year to become a Citizen if you have been a permanent resident of the United States for more than 5 years and have green Card. Three years went by and my Citizenship was held due to FBI background check. Nothing ever came up on the check. I was developing depression since I had signed the Patriot Act because I felt that i was giving up my rights to the FBI and the Local Police and allowing them to spy whenever and wherever they wanted. Since my wife was from India and happened to convert to Islam and then convert back to Hinduism, my suffering increased. I felt that it could all be a Government operation with community partnership. Nine years after taking care of Pine Lake Manor Condominium association, spending my money to keep insurance, paving, roofing, and landscaping. I ended up charging my credit Card for thousands of dollars to pay for all the repairs that the buildings needed. While worrying about FBI and Police I fell in the Pharmacy from 16 feet high while moving Christmas boxes and ended up in Hartford Hospital. I could not move from bed due to back and neck injuries, there was no one to feed my family or working to make money. The Pharmacy put me on workman comp but there was not enough money to feed old parents in Pakistan and Family or pay the mortgages to keep the units that I had bought for my sisters. 509 pine street was sold to Donna and Bruce Klimokowski to feed the family and pay the bills because I never wanted to be put on food stamps. Doctors were giving me pain killers and depression pills which ended up in me having stomach problems. Digestive doctor did a colonoscopy to check but I felt and still think that they put a bug in my stomach to spy on me due to the Patriot Act. I don't talk very much because I feel that they track my activities even though I have changed my religion. Mr. John R Williams, a human rights attorney, sued the government for the Patriot Act. One day I went to the emergency room of New Britain Hospital due to pain and they locked me up for two weeks for investigation on who I am, when I came to America and how many friends I have. Since then I do not trust any doctors and the hospital system in America. The Walk in clinic of Plainville is the place I go when I get in too much pain or get sick. Now Franklin G Pilicy PC of Watertown is sending me legal notices to pay $7500 for 507 Pine Street and 7500.00 for 511 Pine Street. The Association has no insurance, the management never changes and i pay the Credit card bills for all the work i did for the association. i feel this was an operation of slavery. Hundreds of years ago they used iron chains to control the minorities and now they use these tricks to break families, taking our kids and proprieties to control power and greed. Definition of slavery Slavery is a system under which people are treated as property to be bought and sold, and are forced to work, monitored, Slaves can be held against their will from the time of their capture, purchase or birth, and deprived of the right of basic freedom, education, medical treatment,or given sikness, jobs denied or to demand compensation, held family member hostage, treated differently ,denied justice based on the doctrine of sovereign Immunity, deprived of family life, sponsoring family members, Historically, slavery was institutionally recognized by many and well known societies in America and other nations in more recent times slavery has been outlawed but continues through the practices of debt bondage, indentured servitude, serfdom, domestic servants , the patriot act, kept in captivity, certain adoptions in which children are forced to work as slaves, child soldiers, and forced marriage. Slavery is illegal in every country forbidden in Human Faith and Islam from time of Prophet Ibrahim PBUH but there are still an estimated 27 million slaves worldwide; including Ajmal Mehdi of Bristol CT

Isa Ibn Mariam

Isa Ibn Mariam was a Saint of the Earth with the miracle of the healing power from God. One day he was walking down a muddy road and a man started following him to know the secret. A poor kid wearing a white hat came to Isa and asked him to go help his father who is ill. They walked behind the kid and got to his home to cure his father. Isa touched his cane to the sick man and prayed for health and soon left the house. At noon Isa sat down under a tree to eat and rest. Few other followers of the day were hungry also. Everyone took their pieces of bread out and put them down on a small cloth to eat together. The Wiseman who started following him to know the secret had three pieces of bread but took only one out to save other two because of greed. Couple hours went by and a man came from different village to get help for his wife who had a fever. Isa went there and put his hand on her forehead prayed and left from house. The followers were waiting outside due to strict rule of privacy of family. At night they rested in one of his follower home. During the night while everyone was sleeping the Wiseman took Isa’s cane because Moses carried the cane and thought that the healing power is in the piece of wood. He walked all night long to get to a village where a wealthy man was sick to cure him and get big reward from his sons. Time went by quick the Wiseman told the guards at the gate that their master is sick he is here to cure him from sickness. They took him in to the palace. The pharaoh sons were amazed and happy that there father will be healthy again. The Master was very sick laying down on the bed taking his last breaths as soon as Wiseman touched him with the cane passed away. The angry Sons hung him and threw his body outside. All villagers got together trying to identify his body. Isa Ibn Mariam was walking by and heard the news and went there with a couple of followers and put his right hand on the Dead man’s forehead and prayed to God of Abraham for his life. The Wiseman got up confessed and apologized. Isa Ibn Mariam asked him how many pieces of bread he had yesterday at lunch time. Wiseman started crying and told him three and asked for forgiveness. Blessing on humanity. The Ten Commandments were given to Moses by God as principles relating to ethics and proper moral values God believed all humans should follow. These commandments included prohibitions against murder, adultery, slavery, blasphemy, idolatry, jealousy, hatred, theft and greed. But now, centuries after these commandments were given humans have forgotten them or chose not to believe in them. The King Ienosh of Mesopotamia ! Once upon a time a King name Ienosh was selected to run civilization of Mesopotamia based on Abraham and Moses monotheistic faith to bring peace and human rights. The civilization went thru many problems the chain of tragedy ended after 40 years when that King Ienosh passed away on horse riding accident. At the time of King’s final bath older religious leaders rea...lized that their King wasn’t Circumcise according to divine law of Abraham and Moses to fulfill proper social justice and human right for their kingdom. Time went by quick and Mehdi happened to be in India at Delhi International Airport, where he met a couple named Mr. and Mrs. Chowdry who were both infection disease doctors, they were coming from England to go to Chandigarh India to perform the ritual of Abraham on their kid. Mehdi asked the couple why the ritual was important Mr. Chowdry replied that doing this ritual will protect their kids from diseases in his future such as, UTI, Bacterial vaginosis (B V), Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Genital herpes, HPV, syphilis, trichomoniasia and HIV and sexually transmitted diseases are the major concern of advanced society between humans and animals and also said that this ritual will open door of heaven for those who protect themselves and their family for health and safety. Time goes by quick and Mehdi was in Mississauga Canada to attend a religious seminar and the topic of the discussion was difference between the Jewish, Muslim and Christian rituals of Abraham and the higher number of sexually transmitted infections. A breaking news pop up on my blackberry from BBC News that a man has been forced to take a goat as his “wife”, after he was caught having sex with the animal somewhere in an village eastern Africa. Mehdi came home to Bristol CT, prayed to his God and asked heavenly light how to control sexually transmitted disease (STD) in a human? The answer was Circumcision. Thursday April 18th 2013 there was a very productive interfaith meeting in the Islamic Center of Hartford regarding the Boston attack. The Beautiful Earth I hope that this democracy of 2013 should use common sense by experiencing weather of mass destruction, ecological crisis of toxic global atmosphere, the earth and all its life is in stress because of republican and democrat polices of following money. The ecological system of balance and chemistry of nature is in stress due to toxic water, toxic medical waste, toxic metals and toxic gases. Human life is based on balance and the pressure of gravity which is losing pressure due to temperature change. The reality of gravity is based on very small elements individual and invisible substances around us and cannot been seen. These substances can transfer in the waves of sound and particle of oxygen in the deep ocean waters for life. These small elements individual and invisible substances around us are the miracle of Supreme Being and the cause of life. Human intelligence is based on protein numbers which makes us higher beings and the journey is from human being to be humane and sober for earth and its life. The (Quasar-e-Batool) in our language. The condition that makes us human is not an accident it is based on theology. The new environmental illness or disease such as respiratory problems, chemicals, allergens, pollution, and other toxins will contribute high numbers of neurological disorders unless we amend some new laws and change course. Natural sleep is the most important part of human health which is controlled by the gravity of Supreme Being who changes the pressure of gravity on this earth two times a day for the phenomena of learning and memory for life. The real question we should ask ourselves in which general view must be formed and on whose basis our principal in life must be based?
