It is not permissible, to apply the law of one group of people to another group who differ in level of understanding, because the law will not suit their state of thinking and will not Latch their customs and traditional habits. Otherwise, order among the second group will be disturbed, their path toward good sense will be obscured, and the road to understanding will be closed before them the courant condition of many countries is lack of basic understanding of nature. They will consider the correct to be invalid and the right to be wrong. They will pervert the application of these laws, change 'them, and put others in their place, so that what is a cure for others will become a disease for them. This is because of short-sightedness on their part and ignorance of what these laws were intended to accomplish, what motivated them, and what made them necessary. Need is the guiding master, true leader and the first teacher. When people properly recognize need, they strive to fulfill it. 

They are restricted by it, and do not go against its dictates and prescriptions. If the institution of laws within a nation is motivated by its need for them according to 2016, it will not contravene them simply because of circumstances. However, people who were not induced by need to institute such laws do not consider them among life's fundamental necessities. They are not to be blamed for discarding such laws, and demanding that they abide by such laws would impose an impossibly difficult obligation. It is more appropriate for them to learn first what the need is, so that they might be equal with others in their level of knowledge and united with them in the consequences of confusion. 

For example every law abiding American Citizen have right to access to Government information as it is defined and protected by the constitution which is not true. The people party Supreme Court Case 11-768 and CHRO Hartford case request was sent to Federal Government and (FOIA) for basic information but didn't received any response. Our Constitution State has it under the name of (FOIA) freedom of information Act of 1975 listed in Title 1, Chap 14 of our General Statues. The instruction are very clear how to obtain public records in ( Chap 14 Sec 1-12) this Act applies to the local Government and all three branches of State Government due to be updated according to the villages, towns and cities which are differ in level of understand and rules. 

The (FOIA ) freedom of information Law  is the most important part of any democracy to understand level of knowledge in many Governments around the Globe. Many developing countries are fallowing our system to enhance freedom are moving forward. All democratic nations have nine or seven member Commission based on regional languages and diverse Minorities with half members are women's to uplift Justice. Oaths and Statutes are authorize Commission to investigate all alleged violations regrades to public and Government information. The Freedom of Information departments are not part of Court system in regards to appeals and for statues of limitations for  Women, Children's and serious matters. 

Privacy of trade, exams, license , safety , Security are kept extremely secrets with Oath of members. Executive directors have responsibility to control bribes, favors and political influence of public and Government employees. Notice of appeal can be file in 180 days to enhance Justice in many countries. The purpose of instituting laws is to prevent that which disturbs order, disrupts the structure of society, banns individual interests, and detracts from public welfare. If laws do not serve this purpose, then they are but empty burdens thrown on the shoulders of the people. Indeed, we should see them as merely widening the sphere of corruption and increasing instances of injustice. Perhaps The Patriot Act is the clear violation of instituting law that forced me to give up my freedom and caused sickness and fear of Government and Banks who were behind The Freedom of information to control America the land of the free and home of the brave.

Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of love is the morning star that appears in the sky just before sunrise, we call it, the star of love. Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of life is the quality that separates animals from human beings. It is a state of living that marked especially by understanding of Supreme Being for human kind. Knowledge is the key to establish system of change and the philosophy of human life that is based on evolution .

The Human Faith element of love and hate is the force of evolution. It is the power that controls the universe. When a baby cries the power of love force mother to nurse the baby. This is the same force when chicks open their eyes in the egg shell the same element forces them to use the beak to break the shell and fallow the mother nature. We know that the mother love is one of the beauties of nature and the origin of humanity and Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ).

The fundamental links in our spiritual and martial evolution that changed us from violent to sober human being, is the element of love for family . We believe this element of love was created before the universe for human evolution and it can not be separated from the human soul (matter).

True love is part of human soul in which strong devotion is created for another soul in environment where matter meet. This element is neither part of sexual desire nor matter of modernizations symbols of “holy pleasure” neither romance, it is humanity. Human faith is the last stage of life where humanity has power of freedom to change system of liberty and democracy. Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of human faith is love and hate for social justice.

This is the same force that controls the process of mental change of all human beings from a lower and simple way to a higher and better system of life. Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of love is heavenly light of knowledge and the only source toward establish a basic philosophy of humanity (Rabi). It is time to start silencing human nature to create true nature of humanity by realizing that we all have trust in God (Rab) and have faith in humanity (Rabi). Human faith has great respect for all rituals especially Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism.


Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of realty is to teach respect of life and accept responsibility for the offspring we create and for the environment. Human Faiths method of teaching moral values and humanity can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. The spiritual change from loneness to loveliness is based on love by giving unlimited trust in God (Rab).

Human mind is miracle of Supreme Being when we struggle to boil it at luke warm temperature of wisdom to understand fundamental of life . The ever lasting stage of satisfaction for mind is to reach Supreme Being before death. The journey of memories can be pleasant with divine affirmations of human faith.

We believe that it is time to joggle every conscious to show them that human mind is superior matter not material. The festival of life can be celebrated with wisdom of human faith knowledge once we realize that we are part of the superior race. It advocates spiritual and moral principles on very high scales for the longest term in human history.

Human faith is Mehdi’s and Adam’s monotheistic faith and knows that God is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters.

Conscious
Abu Bin Adam was a young child in Multan Pakistan. It was the summer of 1985 in July. Abu and one of his friend went to pick mangos at the mango garden with his friends dog Tommy and they bought a watermelon to throw into a river that was approximately 25ft deep so they could jump into the river, catch the watermelon and float on it, and whoever caught the watermelon got to keep it Abu lost and decided to go to the garden and buy some mangos to eat. When they got to the garden the day was hot and humid and a yellow dust storm started to blow. The owner of the garden was sitting with a few people very worried about the mangos falling down because of the wind. The few guys sitting with the owner were reforming some religious rituals to stop the storm and save the mangos. Abu asked the owner if he could buy some mangos the owner replied that if the storm doesn’t destroy any fruit you can pick a few mangos for free. Abu walked to the middle of the garden with his dog and his friend and prayed to his God ( Rab ) underneath the tree and asked the heavenly light to stop the yellow dust storm and save the mangos for the poor owner. After about ten minutes later the wind stopped and the sand was falling to the ground from the skies.
Blessing on humanity (Rabi) from Mehdi and Adam the father and the son with Holy Spirit!
Time went by and Abu happened to be in Jeddah Saudi Arabia September 1986 traveling by car to Medina with his family. They stopped at a rest area in the middle of the desert to eat. A sand storm hit and everything closed down. Nobody bothered to pray to stop the storm. Abu and his family were stuck at the rest area for two hours.
Time went by quick and Abu happened to be in the U.S driving a truck on August 27th 2005, delivering medicine to New Hampshire, he got stuck in traffic because of few moose’s that were standing in the middle of the road Abu was thirsty and had to use the restroom. He parked the truck on the side of the road. He walked to a corner liquor store to buy something to drink and to use the restroom and there was a big line out the door he asked people what had happened and why it was so busy. There was a father and a son who were in the line told him that (WMD) weather of mass destruction Hurricane Katrina is coming so we are stocking up. He walked into the store the small TV on the side of the store had a the documentary playing about the death of Terri Schiavo. Abu finished the job and came home after praying to his God ( Rab) , asked heavenly light why rich people have everything but you and why poor people have nothing but you ? The answer was Conscious.
Human Faith is heavenly light of knowledge restriction on sacred light is eclipse on humanity and blasphemy.Human faith teaches not only moral values it can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. Our method of understanding both the universe and life is based on unlimited confidence in individual by teaching respect of nature. Human faith is Mehdi’s and Adam’s monotheistic faith and knows that God (Rab) is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters. It is time to modernize our faith by adopting true faith and educate mankind in accordance with basic principle of life. Our vision is to introduce true human religion by mobilizing communities and faiths around the world to improve people’s lives .Our mission is to strength the bond of humanity (Rabi) by introducing heavenly light .IN GOD (Rab) WE TRUST WE HAVE FAITH IN HUMANITY (Rabi)Rabi has many meaning in our language.
