The Fundamentals
Is that true that the republicans fundamentalist and democrats fundamentalist are responsible of American moral values, family values, healthcare, and the environment by showing American citizens that the key is freedom ?
I do appreciate our system of freedom which is protected by First Amendment and with the 2nd Divine affirmation of human faith to express my suffering.
"2. We believe any kind of negative discrimination such as racism, sexism and religious persecution are crimes against humanity. We cannot endorse sole progression of man from animal as it rejects spiritual evolution. We will respect all human kind." The 2nd divine affirmation
However it is right of all Humankind not to sacrifice any of their Freedom of right as long as it is not necessary for them to choose between dignity and Patriot Act.
By signing the Patriot Act I am living continuously under threat that I am been Judged on every move I make someone is watching me and every breath I take someone is listening me worry about slightest mistake fear is stealing away my life in the chain of Slavery that was put in our necks by few republicans fundamentalist and democratic fundamentalist.
It’s necessary now here in our Homeland and rest the World to introduce the divine affirmations of Human Faith for human fealty based on new life shining with light and full of happiness. This new idea of humanity is the real message of peace in the world.
The goal that The divine affirmations of Human Faith set up for human being in their lives is the satisfaction and the moral value by means of which all actions must be measures to save human life. The only way we can treat the World Phenomena of Poverty, population, Health, war, global warming, earth, children and racial issues and many more by developing and constructing true faith a new nature where social love, environment and human health is more important than selfishness.
Therefore, the divine affirmations of Human Faith must be introduce and constitute as a new subject in the direction of development human goal and eliminating the danger of religious and color conflicts all over the World. This idea of humanity which advocates treating the problem by developing human value and giving every individual spiritual, moral and family value of human life.
Humanity is struggling various kind of dictatorship in which laws are monopolized for political and religious reasons. I know that our universe does not contain anything that cannot be known, only certain things that are still unknown will be discover in near future. The most important knowledge to know is that we are part of superior matter and changing material.
Therefore, We have responsibility to teaches respect of true freedom and life which is the correct diagnosis of the illness for social justice, American family values, moral values specially fatherlessness .
The festival of human life is based on superior matter(Soul) with material (Body) pleasure most human beings are unaware of spiritual matter which is the phenomena of Godlessness that cause adultery, population, drinking, smoking, drugs, racism, sexism, murder, theft, gambling, assault, and hell.
The matter is unlimited but material is limited to time . The pain that is contributing in my chain of slavery is that the rule of the majority is based on good time not wisdom.

I wish we all can understand the links in the chain of tragedies that resulted from this new and Last democracy of democrats and republicans, or post 911 system of justice, which is neither well studied nor philosophically based on our forefather system of liberty.
Now imagine that the both groups which represents the nation’s majority seizes the power of Congress and legislation and justice system, and then Question is what life you would expect for the minority specially those who are like me but with (Human Faith) which is not written on the face.
Would it be strange for the majority of republicans fundamentalist and democratic fundamentalist to legislate laws particularly in the light of its own welfare to neglect the welfare of the minority and to fulfill its own desire in a manner unjust?
Question again, who would save the minorities and defend them against the chain of tragedies. I do apologize to be very critical to express my views when suffering from psychological effect to prove my patriotism by signing Patriot Act. I feel that the system of our symbolism of tragedies for blame is paralyzing educators,journalist and PhD,s who should teach honesty, justice and humanity . Once we realize that education and modernization is not part of symbolism, sexism and racism or old religion . Then concept of journalism for a journalist will help by imagining an angle working for God to find the truth.
I don't understand how I can have freedom to practice my own religion in a country where Christians and Jews don't treat you fairly if you aren't one of them republicans fundamentalist and democratic fundamentalist. It is time to upgrade wounded two party system of old democracy of fundamentalist by introducing Human Fealty.
My Chain of slavery started when National Security Agency's (NSA) domestic wiretapping electronic surveillance program started without approval from special FISA court in 2002 ." Under the law " government supposed to submit application to court before beginning illegal searches or obtaining business records to obtain intelligence in which case they didn't for my small business Bristol Fashions LLc & Pine Lake manor Condo Association Inc.
The only condition of " War " FISA can allows the president of United State to approve without court approval for only up to 15 days and for emergencies up to 3 days. In September 2003 Hudson United Bank made me sign The Patriot Act because of Human Faith and our origin.

I realized that the banks and every next door patriotic none Muslim Citizen were helping secret domestic spying program that was authorized by the president in 2002, for monitoring the phone calls and emails of thousands of innocent none Muslim American citizens without warrants. On December 20th 2005 the New York Time revealed the existence of Slavery by domestic spying program by the government that made intelligence committee to conduct oversight of the wiretapping program and on August 17, 2006 a U.S. District Court ruled the program unconstitutional .
The lawsuit ( 308-cv- 1531(wwe) was filed because of racial profiling, illegal domestic wiretapping electronic surveillance program on innocent American citizen who where not Hindu, Christians and Jews , and religious discrimination from government agencies and some private business who helped FBI and Police for Spying because of our origin and Human Faith.
I was held in the prison camp of New Britain General Hospital of CT for two weeks without charge for surveillance without prior court approval ( a warrant) .
This matter came on before the Honorable Warren W. Eginton, Senior United States District Judge of CT and Mr. Warren made the decision by himself without a hearing.
We paid Attorney John R. Williams and Associates LLC $5000.00 to file the suit and we never attended any hearing for this case and now we have to pay another $10,000.00 to refilled it again.
Personally I feel that even when we will pay the $10,000.00 nothing will ever happen and the judge will make the decision again without a hearing. This is just one of those ways of taking money from families who are poor and not giving them any justice .
If America really is the land of the free then exactly what kind of freedom is this ?
We are seeking assistance in stopping Religious discrimination, racial profiling,illegal domestic wiretapping electronic surveillance program on innocent American and assistance to issue executive order to amend Human Faith is a religious of God (Rab).
As you know executive order 11246 as amended; Section 503 of the rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended and the Vietnam era Veterans’ Readjustment assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 USC 4212. These authorities prohibit federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religious, sex, nation, Origin, disability, and protected veteran status.
We also concern of safety and security of our family members here in United State and in Pakistan . Your support and executive order will help them get legal authority to ask religious freedom from there Governments .

Medical Ethics
Abu is a grown up man and a father of two kids lives in Bristol Ct USA and recently he met a young girl whose name is Mary at six flags New England amusement park of Massachusetts . Mary is a medical student and very happy to have a child. She is having a test-tube baby from a medical lab that stores and sells and fertilized human eggs. A long time ago Mary’s grandfather who was also a medical doctor donated the embryo for someone who can have a child and now grand daughter Mary is having her grandfather’s eggs to produce a human child in an educated society.
The moral question is what is the relation between Mary and the child?
There are many donors who passed away but there embryos (eggs) are wetting for buyers to change wisdom of God (Rab) and system of psych. Medical ethics and moral family values are in danger in the United State of America and in the European countries due to lack of wisdom . Wisdom of humane life is the quality that separates animals from human beings. It is a state of living that marked especially by understanding of Supreme Being for human beings.
Blessing on humanity (Rabi) from Mehdi (Imam) and Adam (Jesus) the father and the son with Holy Spirit!
The global women health and education crisis is the result of Christian ethics of distributing education, ethics and moral values unequally. We know that the “God save the queen and queen save the world if queen is humane ” The problem is when someone uneducated and dusk colored like me tries to prove something it is called delusion and the same product gets new name and introduced by some privileged member of Christianity called illusion.
Human faith religion starts from the premise of humanity which is more than a physical face and biological organism. It is a wisdom that can only be obtained from the nature of God (Rab). It is a stage of awareness where purity of living in the physical senses without bias. Humanity is theological evolution and logical process of supernatural system of Supreme Being, the theory of human faith religious is philosophy to evolve that human embryology is theological evolution and consciousness of supreme power.
Mary reminded Abu of his childhood days in Multan Pakistan where Quasar- E- Batool ( Mother ) is the central point of humanity. The City of Saint human faith thought Abu that materialistic stress for mental development of a child can produce an educated human with spiritual sense of awareness that child becomes humane.Abu came home from the amusement park to Bristol that evening, prayed to his God (Rab) and asked heavenly light, what is wisdom?
The answer was, ability to see beneath the surface of life and death.
Human faith teaches not only moral values it can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. Our method of understanding both the universe and life is based on unlimited confidence in individual by teaching respect of human life and God (Rab-Ul-Aalameen).
Human faith is Mehdi’s and Adam’s monotheistic faith and knows that God is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters. Saint Human Faith and Adam (Jesus) the father and son do not support culture ofAtheism,Adulterer,Drinkers,Smoker’s,Drug users ,Money lover ,Racist,Sexism,Assaulters,Murders,Thieves ,Gamblers ,The waves of fresh air with small particles full of wisdom and oxygen of (Rabi) are in the air it is just matter of time when they touch the brain to change the heart. Human Faith is heavenly light of knowledge restriction on sacred light is eclipse on humanity and blasphemy. The Divine Affirmations of human faith are the commandment of God (Rab) of Humanity (Rabi). The crime against the Divine laws is blasphemy and great disrespect for our God (Rab) ऑफ़ humanity (Rabi).
The last eclipse on Moon was in 2008 and the last eclipse of Sun will change ecological system of balance and chemistry of nature . It is time to educate our self about environment and realty of life.There are no words can express the wisdom of God (Rab) , God is Knowledge, God is freedom ,God is light, God is Life, God is Love.IN GOD (Rab) WE TRUST WE HAVE FAITH IN HUMANITY (Rabi).

Question #1- in your complaint you note that, “ based on the hearing, fact, discussion and witnesses you feel that the conclusion is based on religious discrimination. Please explain.
I Ajmal Mehdi son of Mr. Islam, father of Adam Mehdi have Human Faith, which is a religion of god (Rab) of humanity ( Rabi ) a monotheistic faith. We believe in divine affirmation and that serving human beings is gods will. All the witnesses were from broken families and needed help. They knew me and I have helped them in the past. I believe that the DOT is driven by money, color and race. They do not have hearts. We have lost moral values and that is why we have filed this complaint. Based on my complaint, DOT should be more open to the public and not just to people with big names, money, certain color or heritage. In God (Rab) we Trust we Have Faith In Humanity (Rabi).
Question #2- What is your Religious affiliation?
I was born in a Jewish family of Muslim faith and then converted to monotheistic faith of humanity which is human faith. I believe in one god and pray to him 5 times a day.
Question #3-After reviewing the file and the final decision, it appears that all guidelines were followed for handling your application. The final decision was based on lack of evidence to support public convenience and necessity for general livery services. If you do not agree please explain.
Three witnesses appeared at the hearing. Two witnesses had complaints that they could not get to doctors appointments due to livery services and lost those doctors because of it. Mr. McIntyre was homeless in the past and had to walk 3-4 miles to get to his appointments or wait in the rain for hours for a taxi. The taxi’s were always busy serving the Medicare people where they get their money from. Another person was being charged $60 to go to Stop & Shop.
When I was a taxi driver, I served everyone. We (taxies/liveries) are money driven services. The livery service in the area is monopolized by 3-4 companies. If I see someone who needs a ride and seems poor then I will help them and give them a ride for free.
But the transcript of the hearing revealed that you would be charging he same rates and there is a minimal fee. Therefore, wouldn’t it cost the witness approximately the same price ? If you had a headquarters in Bristol, the cost will be less. There is no taxi service in Bristol where I would be located. There is one in Plainville. The poor are victims. The DOT is using them as commodities , not human beings. I believe that I provided substantial evidence. Poor people are treated differently by they dress and their status.
Question #4- According to the guidelines you have the right to petition DOT for reconsideration within 15 days of receiving the final decision. Have you done that?
I emailed my petition. Just go on the computer type in Religious Discrimination by DOT - Medics Transportation. I typed a petition to 3 different people. I have 100 people who can sign the petition.
Question #5- the guidelines also state that you have the right to Appeal the decision with Hartford/New Britain superior court where you reside. Have you appealed the decision in either court ?
I called Hartford Superior Court. They want me to get an attorney. There is no information online on how to file it. You need an attorney to figure it out because it is very complicated. If it comes to that, I will do that too. I believe I have 1 year to do this. I have not done it there is no rush.
Question #6- are you aware that the Hearing Officer to your case is also a Muslim and a Jewish?
No. I did not know. But they work for you guys and have different ideals. All religions are personal beliefs. I don’t follow the same chain command as others do. I believe in one God not in money, race and color.

If you had a headquarters in Bristol, the cost will be less. There is no taxi service in Bristol where I would be located. There is one in Plainville. The poor are victims. The DOT is using them as commodities , not human beings. I believe that I provided substantial evidence. Poor people are treated differently by they dress and their status.
Question #4- According to the guidelines you have the right to petition DOT for reconsideration within 15 days of receiving the final decision. Have you done that?
I emailed my petition. Just go on the computer type in Religious Discrimination by DOT - Medics Transportation. I typed a petition to 3 different people. I have 100 people who can sign the petition.
Question #5- the guidelines also state that you have the right to Appeal the decision with Hartford/New Britain superior court where you reside. Have you appealed the decision in either court ?
I called Hartford Superior Court. They want me to get an attorney. There is no information online on how to file it. You need an attorney to figure it out because it is very complicated. If it comes to that, I will do that too. I believe I have 1 year to do this. I have not done it there is no rush.
Question #6- are you aware that the Hearing Officer to your case is also a Muslim and a Jewish?
No. I did not know. But they work for you guys and have different ideals. All religions are personal beliefs. I don’t follow the same chain command as others do. I believe in one God not in money, race and color.
